Dr. Lipsky is a Physician-Entrepreneur (Autoimmune and Inflammatory Diseases, Genetics, Immunology, Bioinformatics) with 35+ years in precision health including the Scientific/Clinical Director of NIAMS at the NIH. His administrative experience at the NIH as well as UTSW in Dallas have grown AMPEL to the thriving business that it is today. Dr. Lipsky has 30+ yrs experience working with clinical practices as well as Pharma to design & execute studies which has been essential for the clinical validity & utility data necessary for Medicare and Private Payor coverage for AMPEL’s Clinical Care Tests. Dr. Lipsky has served on multiple boards at a companies, the NIH, the American College of Rheumatology, Nature Rheumatology, Clinical Immunology Society, Arthritis Foundation & American Association of Immunologists.  He has received multiple awards, including the Carol Nachman Prize, the ACR Distinguished Investigator Award, the AAI Award and the Arthritis Foundation’s prestigious Lee Howley prize. Dr. Lipsky is ranked in the top 300 Immunologists in the world having published 850+ peer- reviewed articles with an h-index of 145 and 80,000+ citations, including including 95+ focused on AMPEL’s Precision Medicine Technology.
